A collective industry agreement defines the list of professional qualifications eligible for retraining or promotion through work-linked training. The extension of this agreement is subject to compliance with the criteria of major changes in activity and the risk of skills becoming obsolete.
Work-linked retraining or promotion may enable the acquisition of the knowledge and skills base mentioned in articles L. 6121-2, L. 6324-1 and L. 6323-6.
Un accord collectif de branche étendu définit la liste des certifications professionnelles éligibles à la reconversion ou promotion par alternance. L’extension de cet accord est subordonnée au respect des critères de forte mutation de l’activité et de risque d’obsolescence des compétences.
La reconversion ou promotion par alternance peut permettre l’acquisition du socle de connaissance et de compétences mentionné aux articles L. 6121-2, L. 6324-1 et L. 6323-6.
