Article L633-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the purposes of exercising their respective functions, the competent authorities may exchange information relating to regulated entities in a financial conglomerate with the central banks of the Member States or other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the European System of Central Banks, the European Central Bank, the European Systemic Risk Board and the Joint Committee of European Supervisory Authorities.

The conditions for application of this article are specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L633-7

Pour les besoins de l’exercice de leurs fonctions respectives, les autorités compétentes peuvent échanger des informations relatives aux entités réglementées appartenant à un conglomérat financier avec les banques centrales des Etats membres ou autres Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, le Système européen des banques centrales, la Banque centrale européenne, le comité européen du risque systémique ainsi qu’avec le Comité mixte des autorités européennes de surveillance.

Les conditions d’application du présent article sont précisées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
