Article L6352-1 of the French Labour Code

The person referred to in Article L. 6351-1 must provide evidence of the qualifications and experience of the teaching and supervisory staff involved in any capacity whatsoever in the training services it provides, and of the relationship between these qualifications and the services provided in the field of vocational training.

La personne mentionnée à l’article L. 6351-1 doit justifier des titres et qualités des personnels d’enseignement et d’encadrement qui interviennent à quelque titre que ce soit dans les prestations de formation qu’elle réalise, et de la relation entre ces titres et qualités et les prestations réalisées dans le champ de la formation professionnelle.
