No one may, even de facto, exercise a management, apprentice teaching or administrative function in a training organisation if they have been convicted of a criminal offence constituting a breach of probity, good character or honour.

Nul ne peut, même de fait, exercer une fonction de direction, d’enseignement aux apprentis ou d’administration dans un organisme de formation s’il a fait l’objet d’une condamnation pénale pour des faits constituant des manquements à la probité, aux bonnes moeurs et à l’honneur.
