Carrying out any of the activities referred to in article L. 6313-1 without filing a declaration of activity with the administrative authority as soon as the first vocational training agreement or contract is concluded, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6351-1, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.

Article L6355-1

Le fait de réaliser des actions mentionnées à l’article L. 6313-1 sans déposer auprès de l’autorité administrative une déclaration d’activité, dès la conclusion de la première convention de formation professionnelle ou du premier contrat de formation professionnelle, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 6351-1, est puni d’une amende de 4 500 euros.
