The budget documents are accompanied by the following appendices:
1° Summary data on the financial situation of the local authority;
2° A list of assistance granted by the local authority to associations in the form of benefits in kind and subsidies;
3° A consolidated presentation of the results for the last known financial year of the local authority’s main budget and ancillary budgets;
4° A certified balance sheet for the last known financial year of any organisation in which the local authority holds a share of the capital, or for the benefit of which it has guaranteed a loan or paid a grant in excess of 75,000 euros or representing more than half of the budget of the said organisation;
5° A table showing the outstanding loans guaranteed by the local authority and the repayment schedule;
6° The accounts and notes produced by public service delegatees;
7° A table of property acquisitions and disposals carried out during the financial year.
The documents referred to in 1° shall be inserted in a local publication distributed in the local authority.
A decree in the Conseil d’Etat shall set the conditions for application of this article.
