The local authority’s accounting officer is solely responsible for carrying out, subject to the controls for which he is responsible, the collection of revenue and the payment of the local authority’s expenditure within the limits of the appropriations duly appropriated by the territorial council.

Le comptable de la collectivité est seul chargé d’exécuter, sous réserve des contrôles qui lui incombent, le recouvrement des recettes ainsi que le paiement des dépenses de la collectivité dans la limite des crédits régulièrement ouverts par le conseil territorial.
