Article L651-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of the provisions of this book in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° The provisions of Articles L. 611-2 and L. 612-4 do not apply;
2° The provisions of 1° of Article L. 615-1 do not apply;
3° Except in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in Article L. 632-1, the words: “tribunal judiciaire du chef-lieu du département” are replaced by the words: “tribunal judiciaire territorialement compétent”.

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent livre en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Mayotte et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :
1° Les dispositions des articles L. 611-2 et L. 612-4 ne sont pas applicables ;
2° Les dispositions du 1° de l’article L. 615-1 ne sont pas applicables ;
3° Sauf à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, à l’article L. 632-1, les mots : ” tribunal judiciaire du chef-lieu du département ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” tribunal judiciaire territorialement compétent “.
