Article L680-3 of the French Commercial code

The provisions of Titles I to VI of this Book which concern the rights or obligations of the creditors of a debtor who is an individual entrepreneur with limited liability shall apply, unless otherwise provided, only within the limits of the assets allocated to the business in difficulty or, if the business is carried on without the allocation of assets, of the unallocated assets.

Les dispositions des titres Ier à VI du présent livre qui intéressent les droits ou obligations des créanciers du débiteur entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée s’appliquent, sauf dispositions contraires, dans les limites du seul patrimoine affecté à l’activité en difficulté ou, si l’activité est exercée sans affectation de patrimoine, du seul patrimoine non affecté.
