Without prejudice to the remedies otherwise open to them, the public prosecutor, by way of appeal, and any creditor, by way of appeal or third party opposition, as the case may be, may challenge the decision to open the main insolvency proceedings on a ground of international jurisdiction.

Sans préjudice des voies de recours qui leur sont ouvertes par ailleurs, le ministère public, par la voie de l’appel, et tout créancier, par la voie de l’appel ou de la tierce opposition, selon le cas, peuvent contester la décision d’ouverture de la procédure d’insolvabilité principale pour un motif de compétence internationale.
