Measures relating to the euro and those necessary for the operation of Economic and Monetary Union, other than those mentioned in Article L. 721-3, are made applicable by regulation to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in such a way that these measures have the same effects in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon as they do in mainland France.
Les mesures relatives à l’euro et celles qui sont nécessaires au fonctionnement de l’Union économique et monétaire, autres que celles mentionnées à l’article L. 721-3, sont rendues applicables par voie réglementaire à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, de telle sorte que ces mesures y aient des effets identiques à ceux produits en France métropolitaine.
