Article L712-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the application of this code in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations in this book :
1° The provisions relating to freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services on the territory of the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area do not apply;
2° References to the Member States of the European Union and to the European Union are replaced by references to France;
3° References to States which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, to States which are not members of the European Union or which are not party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are replaced by references to States other than France;
4° References to the European Central Bank, the European Securities and Markets Authority and the European System of Central Banks do not apply.

Pour l’application du présent code à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, en Nouvelle-Calédonie, en Polynésie française et dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations dans le présent livre :
1° Les dispositions relevant du libre établissement et de la libre prestation de services sur le territoire des Etats parties à l’accord sur l’espace économique européen ne sont pas applicables ;
2° Les références aux Etats membres de l’Union européenne et à l’Union européenne sont remplacées par les références à la France ;
3° Les références aux Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, aux Etats non membres de l’Union européenne ou qui ne sont pas parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen sont remplacées par les références aux Etats autres que la France ;
4° Les références à la Banque centrale européenne, à l’Autorité européenne des marchés financiers et au Système européen des banques centrales ne sont pas applicables.
