Article L712-7 of the French Commercial code

The competent authority shall ensure the proper functioning of the network’s establishments. It attends their deliberative bodies as of right. Certain deliberations are subject to its approval under conditions laid down by regulation.

The competent authority may authorise a public establishment of the network to withdraw from a mixed syndicate if its continued participation in this syndicate compromises the financial situation of this establishment.

Article L712-7

L’autorité compétente veille au fonctionnement régulier des établissements du réseau. Elle assiste de droit à leurs instances délibérantes. Certaines délibérations sont soumises à son approbation dans des conditions fixées par voie réglementaire.

L’autorité compétente peut autoriser un établissement public du réseau à se retirer d’un syndicat mixte si le maintien de sa participation dans ce syndicat compromet la situation financière de cet établissement.
