Article L724-1-1 of the French Commercial code

Aside from any disciplinary action, the first presidents of the courts of appeal have the power to issue a warning to the judges of the commercial courts located within the jurisdiction of their court, after obtaining the opinion of the president of the commercial court in which the judge concerned practises.

En dehors de toute action disciplinaire, les premiers présidents de cour d’appel ont le pouvoir de donner un avertissement aux juges des tribunaux de commerce situés dans le ressort de leur cour, après avoir recueilli l’avis du président du tribunal de commerce dans lequel exerce le juge concerné.
