Article L733-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

2° In Article L. 112-12, the reference to the Competition Authority is replaced by the reference to the locally competent authority.
