The following do not apply in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:

2° Articles L. 221-13 to L. 221-17-2 rela ti ng to the livret d’épargne populaire;
3° Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-23 relating to the plan d’épargne populaire; 4° Articles L. 221-24 to L. 221-26-1 relating to the livret jeune; 5° Article L. 221-27 relating to the livret d’épargne populaire. 221-18 to L. 221-23 relating to the popular savings plan;
4° Articles L. 221-24 to L. 221-26-1 relating to the youth passbook;
5° Article L. 221-27 relating to the sustainable and socially responsible development passbook.
