Article L743-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Article L. 213-0-1 is applicable in French Polynesia, as amended byOrder No. 2017-970 of 10 May 2017.
II – For the application of I, in the second paragraph, the words: “By way of derogation fromArticle 1349 of the Civil Code andArticle L. 228-74 of the Commercial Code ” are replaced by the words: “By way of derogation from the provisions in force locally in civil and commercial matters”.

I.-L’article L. 213-0-1 est applicable en Polynésie française, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2017-970 du 10 mai 2017.
II.-Pour l’application du I, au deuxième alinéa, les mots : « Par dérogation à l’article 1349 du code civil et à l’article L. 228-74 du code de commerce » sont remplacés par les mots : « Par dérogation aux dispositions en vigueur localement en matière civile et commerciale ».
