Article L744-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Subject to the adaptations in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-Pour l’application du I, l’article L. 221-37 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes : « En ce qui concerne les établissements de crédit, des agents de l’Institut d’émission d’outre-mer désignés à cet effet sont qualifiés pour procéder dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions à la recherche et à la constatation par procès-verbal des infractions aux dispositions de l’article L. 221-35. »
