Article L752-18 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in New Caledonia, subject to the adaptations provided for in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above, in article L. 343-1, the reference to article L. 232-4 is not applicable.
