I.- Subject to the provisions of II, the provisions of the article mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above, the first and second paragraphs of Article L. 317-1 are replaced by the following provisions:
“The officials of the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer are qualified to carry out, in the performance of their duties, the search for and the recording by official report of infringements of the provisions of Articles L. 312-1-1, L. 312-1-2, L. 314-12, L. 314-13 and L. 315-6 to L. 315-8 of this Code.
“The authorised officials mentioned in the first paragraph are also competent to investigate and record breaches of the provisions of Articles L. 312-1-1, L. 312-1-2, L. 314-12, L. 314-13 and L. 315-6 to L. 315-8 committed by the agents and branches of payment service providers with their registered office or central administration abroad located in France, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia or the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
