Article L754-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Article L. 316-1 is applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the version resulting fromOrder no. 2013-544 of 27 June 2013, subject to the addition in the second paragraph, after the words: “to the Governor of the Banque de France”, of the words: “and to the Director General of the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer”.

L’article L. 316-1 est applicable dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2013-544 du 27 juin 2013 sous réserve d’ajouter au second alinéa, après les mots : « au gouverneur de la Banque de France », les mots : « et au directeur général de l’Institut d’émission d’outre-mer ».
