Article L762-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

2° In II of Article L. 425-5, the words: “, within the meaning of Article 4 of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments,” are deleted.

I.-Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
