Article L764-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.For the application of I:

2° References to the European Central Bank or the central bank of a State, to the institutions of the European Union and to international organisations are deleted;
3° In Article L. 411-4, the words “andOrder No 45-2138 of 19 September 1945 establishing the Ordre des Experts Comptables and regulating the title and profession of Chartered Accountant” are deleted.

I.-Sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations mentionnées au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II.-Pour l’application du I :
1° Les références au règlement (UE) n° 2017/1129 du 14 juin 2017 et au règlement (UE) n° 2020/1503 du 7 octobre 2020 sont remplacées par les références aux articles L. 712-7 et L. 712-9 ;
2° Les références à la Banque centrale européenne ou la banque centrale d’un Etat, aux institutions de l’Union européenne et aux organisations internationales sont supprimées ;
3° A l’article L. 411-4, les mots : « et de l’ordonnance n° 45-2138 du 19 septembre 1945 portant institution de l’ordre des experts-comptables et réglementant le titre et la profession d’expert-comptable » sont supprimés.
