Article L773-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Article L. 518-1, in the version resulting fromOrder no. 2010-420 of 27 April 2010, is applicable in New Caledonia subject to the replacement of all occurrences of the words: “la Poste, under the conditions defined by article L. 518-25 ” by the words: “l’Office des postes et télécommunications, under the conditions defined in section 3 of this chapter”.

L’article L. 518-1, dans sa rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2010-420 du 27 avril 2010, est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie sous réserve de remplacer toutes les occurrences des mots : « la Poste, dans les conditions définies par l’article L. 518-25 » par les mots : « l’Office des postes et télécommunications, dans les conditions définies à la section 3 du présent chapitre ».
