Article L775-34 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.- Subject to the provisions of II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above:
1° In article L. 54-10-3, the words “or in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area” appearing in 3° as well as the sixth paragraph of the article are deleted;
2° In article L. 54-10-3 and in VI of Article L. 54-10-5, the words: “European regulations on restrictive measures taken pursuant to Articles 75 or 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “European regulations mentioned in Article L. 712-10”.

Article L775-34

I.-Sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des dispositions prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus :
1° A l’article L. 54-10-3, les mots : « ou dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen » figurant au 3° ainsi que le sixième alinéa de l’article sont supprimés ;
2° A l’article L. 54-10-3 et au VI de l’article L. 54-10-5, les mots : « aux règlements européens portant mesures restrictives pris en application des articles 75 ou 215 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne » sont remplacés par les mots : « aux règlements européens mentionnés à l’article L. 712-10 ».
