Article L783-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in New Caledonia, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

1° In Article L. 611-1, in 8°, the words: “subject to the tasks entrusted to the European System of Central Banks by Article 105(2) of the Treaty establishing the European Community” are deleted;
2° In Article L. 611-3-1, after the words: “in Title II of Book II of this Code”, the remainder of the paragraph is deleted;
3° In Article L. 611-6(2), the words: “and municipal credit banks” are deleted.

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus :
1° A l’article L. 611-1, au 8°, les mots : « sous réserve des missions confiées au Système européen de banques centrales par l’article 105, paragraphe 2, du traité instituant la Communauté européenne » sont supprimés ;
2° A l’article L. 611-3-1, après les mots : « au titre II du livre II du présent code », le reste de l’alinéa est supprimé ;
3° Au 2 de l’article L. 611-6, les mots : « et des caisses de crédit municipal » sont supprimés.
