Article L783-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above, in Article L. 621-30-1, references to Regulation (EU) No 2017/1129 of 14 June 2017 and delegated regulations are replaced by references to Article L. 712-7.
