For their application in Mayotte, the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories and New Caledonia, Articles L. 122-3-1 and L. 211-6 shall read as follows:
Art. L. 122-3-1. – Once the first sale of one or more material copies of a work has been authorised by the author or his successors in title on the territory of a Member State of the European Community or of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or on the territory of Mayotte, the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories and New Caledonia, the sale of these copies of this work may no longer be prohibited in the European Community or in these overseas collectivities or in New Caledonia.
Art. L. 211-6. – Once the first sale of one or more physical copies of a fixation protected by a related right has been authorised by the rightholder or his successors in title on the territory of a Member State of the European Community or on the territory of Mayotte, the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories and New Caledonia, the sale of these copies of this fixation may no longer be prohibited in the European Community or in these overseas collectivities or in New Caledonia.
