Les infractions au premier alinéa de l’article 3 de la loi n° 75-1334 du 31 décembre 1975 relative à la sous-traitance sont constatées par les agents mentionnés à l’article L. 8271-1-2. Ces infractions sont punies d’une amende de 7 500 €.
