Article L8271-1-3 of the French Labour Code

For the purposes of implementing articles L. 8272-1 to L. 8272-4, the representative of the State in the département shall receive a copy of the official reports of offences constituting illegal employment recorded by the inspection officers mentioned in article L. 8271-1-2.

Pour la mise en œuvre des articles L. 8272-1 à L. 8272-4, le représentant de l’Etat dans le département reçoit copie des procès-verbaux relevant les infractions constitutives de travail illégal constatées par les agents de contrôle mentionnés à l’article L. 8271-1-2.
