In the light of their needs, the administrations and public establishments of the State implement a professional training policy for the benefit of their employees and contribute to interministerial training.

A decree in the Council of State determines the nature of interministerial training and the terms and conditions of the participation of the administrations and public establishments of the State in these actions.

Au vu de leurs besoins, les administrations et les établissements publics de l’Etat mettent en oeuvre une politique de formation professionnelle au bénéfice de leurs agents et contribuent à la formation interministérielle.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine la nature des formations interministérielles et les modalités de la participation des administrations et des établissements publics de l’Etat à ces actions.
