Article LO1113-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Any territorial authority falling within the scope defined by the law referred to in Article LO 1113-1 may, within the period provided for in the second paragraph of the same Article LO 1113-1, decide to participate in the experimentation referred to by that law by a reasoned deliberation of its deliberative assembly.

This decision is published in the Journal Officiel for information purposes.

Article LO1113-2

Toute collectivité territoriale entrant dans le champ d’application défini par la loi mentionnée à l’article LO 1113-1 peut, dans le délai prévu au second alinéa du même article LO 1113-1, décider de participer à l’expérimentation mentionnée par cette loi par une délibération motivée de son assemblée délibérante.

Cette délibération est publiée, à titre d’information, au Journal officiel.
