Article LO4435-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The deliberation provided for in Article LO 4435-2 is transmitted to the Prime Minister and to the State representative in the region.

When it relates to the adaptation of a legislative provision, it is forwarded to the National Assembly and the Senate by the Prime Minister, together with his observations where appropriate.

It is published in the Journal Officiel in the month following the expiry of the appeal period provided for in article LO 4435-5 or the date on which the deliberation becomes enforceable pursuant to this same article. It enters into force on the day following its publication.

Article LO4435-4

La délibération prévue à l’article LO 4435-2 est transmise au Premier ministre ainsi qu’au représentant de l’Etat dans la région.

Lorsqu’elle porte sur l’adaptation d’une disposition législative, elle est transmise à l’Assemblée nationale et au Sénat par le Premier ministre, assortie le cas échéant de ses observations.

Elle est publiée au Journal officiel dans le mois suivant l’expiration du délai de recours prévu à l’article LO 4435-5 ou la date à laquelle la délibération devient exécutoire en application de ce même article. Elle entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication.
