Without prejudice to the direct recourse available to it, if a natural or legal person is injured by an act mentioned in articles LO 6241-2 and LO 6241-3, it may, within two months of the date on which the act became enforceable, request the representative of the State to implement the procedure provided for in article LO 6242-1.
For the acts mentioned in Article LO 6241-2, this request may not have the effect of extending the time limit for contentious appeal available to the representative of the State pursuant to Article LO 6242-1.
Where the request concerns an act mentioned in article LO 6241-3, the State representative may refer the act in question to the administrative court within two months of its referral by the injured natural or legal person.
