Article LO6242-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Territorial Council shall bring to the attention of the members of the Territorial Council, at the next meeting of the Territorial Council following notification to him, the decisions of the administrative or judicial courts which rule on the legality of the acts of the institutions of the collectivity.

Le président du conseil territorial porte à la connaissance des membres de celui-ci, lors de la plus proche réunion du conseil territorial qui suit la notification qui lui en est faite, les décisions des juridictions administratives ou judiciaires qui se prononcent sur la légalité des actes des institutions de la collectivité.
