The representative of the State shall be heard by the territorial council at its request. He/she shall be provided with the agendas of the meetings as well as the documents sent to the territorial councillors pursuant to article LO 6321-22.

Le représentant de l’Etat est entendu à sa demande par le conseil territorial. Il reçoit communication de l’ordre du jour des séances ainsi que des documents adressés aux conseillers territoriaux en application de l’article LO 6321-22.
