On a proposal from the President, the Territorial Council may decide to terminate the duties of a Vice-President; it then elects his or her successor under the conditions laid down in Article LO 6322-7.
The territorial council may, with the agreement of the group to which it belongs, terminate the duties of one of the members of the executive council who is not a vice-president. This member shall be replaced under the conditions laid down in Article LO 6322-7.
Appeals against deliberations adopted in application of this article shall be referred to the Conseil d’Etat ruling on contentious matters.
