V-1. Selective financial aid for the restoration and digitisation of cinematographic heritage works

V-1.1. Supporting documents to be attached to an application for aid for the restoration and digitisation of cinematographic heritage works

(Articles 511-1 et seq.)

1° Promotional material for the work or programme concerned, accompanied by a selection of reviews of the theatrical release or television broadcasts, a selection of press articles and any other document useful for assessing the project;

2° Where applicable, a copy of the work or works making up the programme;

3° The certificate of registration of the work or works making up the programme in the public film and audiovisual register;

4° Any documents enabling the applicant’s ownership of the rights to be assessed (contracts with authors, contract for acquisition of the rights to exploit the work, etc.).

V-1.1. Documents justificatifs à joindre à l’appui d’une demande d’aide à la restauration et à la numérisation des œuvres cinématographiques du patrimoine

(Articles 511-1 et suivants)

1° Le matériel de promotion de l’œuvre concernée ou du programme concerné accompagné d’une sélection des critiques à la sortie en salle ou lors des diffusions télévisuelles, d’une sélection d’articles de presse et de tout autre document utile pour l’évaluation du projet ;

2° Le cas échéant, une copie de l’œuvre ou des œuvres composant le programme ;

3° Le certificat d’immatriculation de l’œuvre ou des œuvres composant le programme au registre public du cinéma et de l’audiovisuel ;

4° Toutes pièces permettant de juger de la titularité des droits par le demandeur (contrats passés avec les auteurs, contrat d’acquisition des droits d’exploitation de l’œuvre, etc.).
