Each year, the national councils of the professional associations, in the case of health professionals against whom complaints have been lodged, and the Director of the Union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie (National Union of Health Insurance Funds) will send a report on the actions taken in application of this section to the Minister for Health and the Minister for Social Security. This report shall specify, in particular, the number of complaints received, the number of professionals who have been the subject of a complaint, the number of conciliations carried out, the average time taken for them to be held and their results, the number of complaints forwarded to the Ordinary Jurisdictions, where applicable, and the average time taken for them to be forwarded, and the number of sanctions imposed on this basis by the Ordinary Jurisdictions or the directors of the local health insurance bodies. It is also sent to the Défenseur des droits and to the commissions for the evaluation of refusals of care mentioned in article D. 4122-4-2.
