Article R1111-55 of the French Public Health Code

The personal health data, referred to in article L. 1111-22, of a patient who holds a shared medical file which may be accessed by a healthcare professional practising in the territory of another Member State of the European Union, in the context of care provided to this patient present in this territory, are those contained in the periodic summary provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 1111-15 drawn up by the patient’s attending doctor.

Les données de santé à caractère personnel, mentionnées à l’article L. 1111-22, d’un patient titulaire d’un dossier médical partagé auxquelles peut accéder un professionnel de santé exerçant sur le territoire d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne, à l’occasion de soins délivrés à ce patient présent sur ce territoire, sont celles contenues dans la synthèse périodique prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1111-15 établie par son médecin traitant.
