Article R1112-85 of the French Public Health Code

The term of office of the mediators, user representatives and staff representatives mentioned in 2° of IV, V and VI of article R. 1112-81 is set at three years, renewable. The term of office of the other members of the Commission ends at the same time as the term of office or functions in respect of which the persons concerned have been appointed.

La durée du mandat des médiateurs, des représentants des usagers et des représentants du personnel mentionnés aux 2° des IV, V et VI de l’article R. 1112-81 est fixée à trois ans renouvelable. Le mandat des autres membres de la commission prend fin en même temps que le mandat ou les fonctions au titres desquels les intéressés ont été désignés.
