Article R1114-10 of the French Public Health Code

The application for approval is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or electronically by the association’s legal representative, as appropriate, to the Minister for Health or the Director General of the Regional Health Agency. The composition of the file attached to this application is set by order of the Minister for Health.

The Minister for Health or the Director General of the Regional Health Agency forwards the application to the National Accreditation Commission.

The National Accreditation Commission gives its opinion within four months of the date of receipt of the complete application by the administration. Where appropriate, it will rule on compliance with the conditions defined inarticle R. 1114-9.

Article R1114-10

La demande d’agrément est adressée par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception ou par voie électronique par le représentant légal de l’association, selon le cas, au ministre chargé de la santé ou au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé. La composition du dossier joint à cette demande est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Le ministre chargé de la santé ou le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé transmet le dossier à la Commission nationale d’agrément.

La Commission nationale d’agrément rend son avis dans un délai de quatre mois à compter de la date de réception du dossier complet par l’administration. Elle se prononce, le cas échéant, sur le respect des conditions définies à l’article R. 1114-9.
