Article R1114-11 of the French Public Health Code

The decision taken on the assent of the National Accreditation Commission is notified to the association by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. If the competent administrative authority remains silent for more than six months from the date of receipt of the complete application by the administrative authority to which the application was initially submitted, this shall be deemed to constitute a decision to reject the application.

La décision prise sur avis conforme de la Commission nationale d’agrément est notifiée à l’association, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. Le silence gardé par l’autorité administrative compétente pendant plus de six mois à compter de la date de réception du dossier complet par l’autorité administrative initialement saisie vaut décision de rejet.
