The General Meeting brings together all the associations approved at national level that are members of the Union. It may also include the participation of representatives of regional unions and personalities qualified in the field of health.
Each association approved at national level has one vote at the General Meeting.
The Union’s Articles of Association and internal regulations set out the tasks of the General Meeting and the procedures for its deliberations, as well as the procedures for appointing representatives of the regional unions and qualified personalities.
The General Meeting appoints the members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Union’s Articles of Association, so as to respect the diversity of the fields of action of the member associations. These procedures may provide for these members to be appointed by college.
