Article R1114-35 of the French Public Health Code

The National Union takes legal action to defend its own moral and material interests, as well as those of users of the healthcare system, in accordance with the procedures defined by its statutes and internal regulations.

To this end, the National Union provides support and legal expertise to the national and regional network of approved associations of users of the healthcare system.

The National Union may take the group action referred to in Article L. 1143-1.

L’Union nationale agit en justice pour défendre ses propres intérêts moraux et matériels comme ceux des usagers du système de santé, selon les modalités définies par ses statuts et son règlement intérieur.

A cet effet, l’Union nationale exerce une mission de soutien et d’expertise juridique auprès du réseau national et régional des associations agréées d’usagers du système de santé.

L’Union nationale peut mener une action de groupe mentionnée à l’article L. 1143-1.
