Article R1123-11 of the French Public Health Code

In order to be valid, the deliberations of the Committee require the presence of at least five members, at least two of whom belong to the first college mentioned in article R. 1123-4, comprising at least one person qualified by virtue of their expertise in biostatistics or epidemiology, and two of whom belong to the second college, comprising at least one representative of the associations approved in accordance with the provisions of article L. 1114-1.

Pour être valables, les délibérations du comité requièrent la présence de cinq membres au moins, dont au moins deux appartiennent au premier collège mentionné à l’article R. 1123-4 comprenant au moins une personne qualifiée en raison de sa compétence en matière de biostatistique ou d’épidémiologie et deux appartiennent au deuxième collège comprenant au moins un représentant des associations agréées conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 1114-1.
