Article R1124-4 of the French Public Health Code

The sponsor of a clinical trial, whose application has been submitted under the conditions provided for in 1 of Article 98 of the above-mentioned Regulation of 16 April 2014, may inform the designated personal protection committee within twenty-four hours that this application has already received a favourable opinion from another committee.

The designated committee may ask the Minister responsible for health for this file to be allocated to the committee that issued the first favourable opinion.

Article R1124-4

Le promoteur d’un essai clinique, dont la demande a été déposée dans les conditions prévues au 1 de l’article 98 du règlement du 16 avril 2014 susmentionné, peut informer, dans un délai de vingt-quatre heures, le comité de protection des personnes désigné que cette demande a déjà reçu un avis favorable d’un autre comité.

Le comité désigné peut demander au ministre chargé de la santé que ce dossier soit attribué au comité qui a émis le premier avis favorable.
