Article R1124-6 of the French Public Health Code

Pursuant to the third paragraph of I of Article L. 1124-1, the personal data protection committees carry out the assessment of Part II provided for in Article 7 of the above-mentioned Regulation of 16 April 2014. The Committee issues a favourable, favourable subject to specific conditions or unfavourable opinion on the clinical trial application.

The Committee gives its opinion within the period defined in Article 7(2) of the aforementioned Regulation of 16 April 2014.

If the Committee remains silent at the end of this period, this constitutes acceptance of the application.

Article R1124-6

En application du troisième alinéa du I de l’article L. 1124-1, les comités de protection des personnes effectuent l’évaluation de la partie II prévue à l’article 7 du règlement du 16 avril 2014 susmentionné. Le comité émet un avis favorable, favorable sous réserve de conditions spécifiques ou défavorable sur la demande d’essai clinique.

Le comité se prononce dans le délai défini au 2 de l’article 7 du règlement du 16 avril 2014 susmentionné.

Le silence gardé par le comité au terme de ce délai vaut acceptation de la demande.
