Article R1142-63-26 of the French Public Health Code

Any natural or legal person in possession of information likely to enlighten the College about claims submitted to the Office is required, at the request of the latter, to transmit this information to it in application of the first paragraph of article L. 1142-24-11. Information covered by medical confidentiality may only be transmitted by a doctor.

The College communicates medical information to the applicant via one of the Office’s doctors.

Toute personne physique ou morale détenant des informations de nature à éclairer le collège sur les demandes d’indemnisation dont l’office est saisi est tenue, à la demande de ce dernier, de lui transmettre ces informations en application du premier alinéa de l’article L. 1142-24-11. Les informations couvertes par le secret médical ne peuvent être transmises que par un médecin.


Le collège communique les informations de caractère médical au demandeur par l’intermédiaire d’un médecin de l’office.
