Article R1142-63-32 of the French Public Health Code

I.-Where the College finds that there is no liability, it shall inform the claimant and the persons against whom the proceedings have been brought, as well as their insurers, by any means that ensures that the date of receipt of this information is certain.

II -When the College considers that the conditions set out in II of article L. 1142-24-16 have been met, it informs the claimant that the Office will make an offer of compensation within one month of receiving its opinion.

I.-Lorsque le collège ne retient aucune responsabilité, il en informe par tout moyen permettant de donner date certaine à la réception de cette information le demandeur et les personnes auxquelles la procédure a été rendue opposable, ainsi que leurs assureurs.

II.-Lorsque le collège estime que les conditions prévues par le II de l’article L. 1142-24-16 sont remplies, il informe le demandeur que l’office lui adressera dans le délai d’un mois suivant la réception de son avis une offre d’indemnisation.
